He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Virgil Spruill and Gracie Ellen Spruill (Harris); and his daughter Johnetta Spruill. He is survived by: his children, Wesley Spruill, Jill Joest, Jeff Spruill and Julie Reedy; and his sister Sondra J. Taylor. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lake Cumberland Funeral Home (1046 W Hwy 80, Somerset, KY 42503).
