He was predeceased by: his parents, Flemon Hawk and Rissie Mae Hawk (Stephens). He is survived by: his children, Wayne Hawk (Kari) and Denise "Dee Dee" Strait (Allen); and his grandchildren, Natalie Smith (Dylan), Tori Hawk, Riley Hawk, Samantha Strait and David Strait.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Flinn and Maguire Funeral Home (2898 N Morton St, Franklin, IN 46131). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
