He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Kocher and Elizabeth Kocher (Wright); and his wife Evelyn J. Kocher (Baumer).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gh Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home (1605 S State Rd 135, Greenwood, IN 46143). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
