Though Frank may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his stepson Steven Jesse. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his stepson Carl (Lynda); his grandchildren, Steven (Danielle), Carl III, Charles (Loan) and Gina; his great grandchildren, Declan and Caleb; and his nephew James (Lisa). He is also survived by his family, but by very special friends.
