He is survived by: his children, Danny Lee Cundiff (Angela Cundiff) and Susanne Cundiff; his granddaughter Chayla Farmen; his siblings, Shirley McBride (Jim) and Thomas "Alan" Cundiff (Brandy Nicole Afflis); and his nieces and nephews, Corby, Carey, Kendall, Jacob, Krissi and Leslie. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
