He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Don. He is survived by: his wife Sheri McCormick (Ness) of Michigantown; his sons, William Brian McCormick of Springfield, TN and Kevin David McCormick of Louisville, KY; his stepchildren, Melissa Carroll (Jim) of Kalamazoo, MI, Todd Fox (Missy) of Michigantown and SooAnn Boehm (Matt) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Meghan Ross, Clay, Lauren Carroll, Kelly, Sam, Alex Fox, Kacia and Hollyn Boehm; and his brother James D. McCormick.
