He was predeceased by: his parents, Ivory Warren and Leona Marie Scott (Johnson); his former wife Constance Moudy; his sons, Joe and Greg Scott; his stepson Victor Wells; and his siblings, Velva King, Barbara Eldridge, Robert W. Scott, William "Bill" Scott, Donald Scott, Harold "Spike" Scott and Roy E. Scott.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Wells (Howsen); his children, Andy Scott (Debbie) and Pamela Reeder (Mike); his stepdaughter Sandy Wells (Ed Cottrell); his daughter-in-law Darlene Scott; his stepdaughter-in-law Vicki Wells; and his siblings, Bonnie Wade, Richard Scott (Cathy) and Marvin Scott (Anna). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; four step grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 10 step great grandchildren.
