It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verla Griffin of Frankfort, Indiana, born in Troy, Ohio, who passed away on March 5, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Doubledee and Carrie Doubledee (Reddy); her husband Louis "Nate" Griffin; and her sister Rebecca Speeks. She is survived by: her children, James Griffin (Mable), John Griffin (Desta) and Donna Gray (Todd); her siblings, Walt Doubledee, Jr. (Martha) and Clara Doubledee; and her grandchildren, Tracy Jones (Andrew), Stacy Frame (Brian), James Griffin (Kim), Ashley Gray, Emily Gray, Elizabeth Serrano (Edwin) and Rachel Howerton. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
