She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlton Alter and Lois Elizabeth Usher (Butler); her husband Robert Jerry Johnston; her daughter Veronica Kay Johnston; her son-in-law Dale Clinton; and her brother John Usher.
She is survived by: her children, Rosanne Evans (John) of Walton, Jerry Joe Johnston (Donna) of Burlington, Kevin Johnston (Lisa) of Michigantown and Sheila Clinton of Frankfort; her sister Judy Hawes of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Travis Evans (Stephanie), Stephanie Herrell (Jason), Cameron Clinton (Brittany), Blake Clinton (Mirissa), Casey Johnston, Jordan Johnston (Samantha), Allison Johnston, Tyler Johnston, Cameron Woodard (Priscila) and Jordan Woodard (Amy); her great grandchildren, Kaleb, Khloe Evans, Tyler, Kayla Paul, Hadley, Layne, Kane Herrell, Anson, Wyatt, Landon Clinton, Lucie, Willow, Raiden Johnston, Maddox, Elouise and Rhone Woodard; her great great grandchildren, Mya and Walker Paul; and her nieces and nephews, Stacie Butler (Hawes), Billy Hawes, Christy Schmaltz (Hawes) and Heather Grissom (Hawes).
