He was predeceased by: his father Guy E. Hoyer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hoyer of Frankfort; his children, Christopher Hoyer of Frankfort and Megan Hoyer of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Thomas Meyer of Frankfort, Georgia Meyer of Frankfort, Jackson Hoyer of Frankfort and Riley Hale of Frankfort; and his brother William Hoyer (Cindy) of Frankfort.
