He is survived by: his wife Tiffany Fuel of Frankfort; his stepchildren, Jerald Leuck of Kentucky and Leanna Leuck of Frankfort; his sister Jennifer Smith of Frankfort; his nephew Nick Smith of Frankfort; his parents-in-law, Bob and JoAnn Davis of Monticello; his siblings-in-law, Amber and Jerry MacOwan of Monticello; his grandsons, Khyler and Asher Leuck of Frankfort; and his aunts and uncles, Joe of Frankfort, Susan Palmer of Frankfort, Karen of Frankfort and Charles Weaver of Frankfort.
