He is survived by: his wife Sandy Hopkins of Frankfort, Indiana; his children, Nicholas Hopkins (Brooke) of Russiaville, Heather Kerby (Christopher) of Kokomo and Katie Rothenberger (Zach) of Camby; his siblings, Rusty Yarnell, Judy Mead and Holly Lloyd (Randy); and his grandchildren, Taylor Hopkins, Victoria Hopkins, Garrett Kerby and Graydon Kerby.
