She is survived by: her husband Robert Kelly (Bob); her son Michael Church Sr. (Glenda); her grandson David Church Sr. (Karen); her great grandchild Stephen Church (Preceded); her grandchildren, Jeffery, Chris Church, Sheila (Kelly) and Jeff Miller (late Rick Martin); her great grandchildren, Bobbi (Kelly) and David Musick (Mike Spear); her grandchildren, Penny (Kelly) and Jason Coffman; and also William Joseph Shelley (Phyllis).
