He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Clarence and Gladys Jewel Waggoner (Carroll); and his sister Wilma Reynolds. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rose Roberson; his children, Gloria Kirkman (Wendell) of Terre Haute and Keith Waggoner (Sharon) of Frankfort; his siblings, Marcella Swan of Marion, Freida James of Indianapolis and John Waggoner (Iris) of Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Wendell Kirkman (Lisa), Marsena Hatfield (Dwight), Rosanne Knew (Chris), Keith Waggoner II (Lori), Robert Waggoner (Amanda) and Sharilyn Boyd (Eric). He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
