He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice J. Ruch and Hazel M. Ruch (Williams); his wife Charlotte Jean Yoder; and his brothers, Max and Ned Ruch.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Heincer (Clement) of Springfield, VA, Kem Ruch (Beth), Kevin Ruch (Glenda) of Mulberry and Lisa Ruch of Indianapolis; his grandchildren, Rhiannon Ruch of Lafayette, Liam Heincer (Amanda) of Burke, VA, Amanda Brackett (Holden) of Frankfort, Hilary Heincer of Springfield, VA and Melissa Ruch of Frankfort; his great grandchildren, Hudson Keith of Lafayette, Zach Heincer and Rosie Heincer of Burke, VA.; and his caregiver Bob.
