He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Allen and Catherine Allen (Adkins); his stepson Samuel Petrey; his sister Dorothy Leisure; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Hardison and Sam Leisure.
He is survived by: his children, Duane Robert Allen of Frankfort, IN and Melanie Elizabeth Brown (Paul) of Frankfort, IN; his stepchildren, Ginger Lynn Petrey Baird of Lebanon, IN and Lloyd Petrey (Dawn) of Atlanta, GA; his siblings, LaVonia "Boots" Hardison, Walter Allen of Burlington, IN and Terry Allen of Colebrook, NH; his granddaughters, Andrea Nicole Bell and Sarah Reyes; and his great grandchildren, Bella, Marco, Daimon, Daniel, Johan and Rylee. He is also survived by 5 Step-Grandchildren.
