He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Moore; his children, Brian D. Pitzer, Laci A. Bishop, Dustin G. King, Eric M. King (Sarah) and Abigail M. Bishop (Axel Burris); his siblings, Cheryl Arion, Chris King (Mary) and Cindy King; and his sister-in-law Jayne King.
