He was predeceased by: his father Woody Sparks; his wife Catherine "Cathy" Sparks (Canedy); and his stepfather George Swihart. He is survived by: his mother Helen Swihart (Bex); his sons, Brian Sparks of Kirklin and Brad Pickard of Frankfort; his stepson John Davis (Brooke) of Mulberry; his grandchildren, Shelby, Kaleb, David, Kyle, Kody and Jameson; and his sister Janet Vertrees (Terry) of Frankfort.
Memorial contributions in Randy's honor may be made to the Local Fire Firefighter Union #705 Scholarship Fund.
