He is survived by: his wife Diana McIntosh; his children, Anthony Joseph Mitchell (Kasey), Alisha Kelly (Louis), Sara Lozano (Anthony) and Joshua Mitchell (Tressie); his siblings, Beverly Rogers, Kenny Mitchell (Sally) and Jerry Mitchell; his grandchildren, Kyrsten Teltoe, Kelsey Mitchell, Jade Ciaffone, Damian Kelly, Jayden Ciaffone, Breana Lozano, Max Lozano, Raleigh Mitchell and Nora Mitchell; and his great grandchild Kohen Teltoe.
