She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas A. Hickman and Martha Belle Hickman (Meeker). She is survived by: her husband John A. Schimmel of Frankfort; her sons, Scott A. Schimmel (Tanya) of Frankfort and Troy A. Schimmel (Lori) of Colfax; and her brothers, Jim Hickman and Richard Hickman (Linda). She is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren; and many neighbors and friends.
