We bid farewell to Marilyn Ann Jacobs of Frankfort, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2025 at the age of 90. Marilyn Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Woody W. Dupler and Thelma Dupler (Kuhns); her spouse Gene G. Jacobs; her children, Peter M. Sheets and Lou Anne Sheets; her brother Dr. Phil J. Dupler; and her half-siblings, Georgia H. Arnold and Harley H. Dupler.
She is survived by: her children, Nina Marie McCain (David) of Medora, IN, David R. Sheets (Jennifer) of St. Louis, MO, Mark A. Sheets (Leanna) of Frankfort and Joseph B. Sheets (Judy) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Derek N. Douglass, Ashley N. Robinson (Travis), Jed Sheets (Missy), Jessica Rector (Randy), Kristofer Sheets (Amy), Dr. Nicholas Sheets (Kris), Amber Sheets (Natalie), Jordan Sheets (Shannon), Jensen Quinn (Thomas) and Chase Kinsler (Nicole); and her stepchildren, Byron Jacobs, Deborah Douglass (Craig), Cathy Westerfield (Carl), Rebecca Howe (Mark) and Julia Eimen (Scott). She is also survived by several grandchildren and step-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
