She was predeceased by: her parents, Carmen Gutierrez and Guadelupe Arenas; her husband Rodolfo Ramones; her son Jesse Vega; her siblings, Carmen Gutierrez, Jose Louis Chavez, Felipe Chavez and Petra Chavez; and her grandson Cesar Vega.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Vega, Francisco "Frank" Vega (Belinda) and Michael Vega; her stepchildren, Daniel, Jose, Sheila, Rudy and Ramone Ramones; her sisters, Bertha Garza, Hermelinda Guttierez, Rosa Hernandez and Olivia Ovalle (Juan); and her grandchildren, Isac Chavez, Alonzo Chavez, Gabriel Chavez, Abraham Jimenez, Francisco Vega, Esly Pozos, Yadeen Pozos and Franzel Pozos.
