She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Clark and Stella Sue Jones (Newell); her former husband Harlan Black; her daughter Patricia Black; her son-in-law Ralph Jones; her siblings, Irene Lamp, Phyllis Noble, Evelyn Steptoe, Donna Enis, Betty Houston, Jack, James, Paul and Thomas; her brother-in-law John Cooksey; and her granddaughter Susanna Foster.
She is survived by: her children, George Northern (Sharon) of Chesapeake, Virginia, Sue Ann Shover (Tom) of Columbia, Margaret Jones of Cookeville, David Myers (Donna) of Frankfort and James Black (Elfie) of Frankfort, Indiana; her siblings, Kay Cooksey of Noblesville, Indiana, Don Jones of Noblesville, Indiana and Joan Perkins of Shaker Heights, OH; and her nieces, Patsy Flowers (Mike) of Colfax and Sheryl Nikpor (Ehsan) of Shiraz, Iran. She is also survived by 15 Grandchildren; and Several Great-Grandchildren.
