He was predeceased by: his parents, Doyle Blubaugh and Yvonne Blubaugh (Thomas); and his brother-in-law Jack Heimbach. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Rubush; his siblings, Pam Heimbach and David Blubaugh (Donna); and his sisters-in-law, Kathy Leininger (Mark) and Theresa Garman (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
