He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Pyatt; his children, Janine Carter, Kerry Stout and John Clark (Tammy); his sister Phyllis Hall (Randy); and his grandchildren, Brittany Clark, Kecia Stout, Brandi Stout, Shane Carter, Vinson Carter, Kiley Carter, Jared Carter and Bradley Clark. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
