Jean Nern Obituary
The passing of Jean Nern of Frankfort, Indiana leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on January 4, 2025 at the age of 66. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max E. Neidlinger and Mabel Margaret Irvin (Anson); her husband Timothy F. Nern; her stepmother Betty Mae Neidlinger; and her stepbrothers, Charles and Dennis VanMeter.
She is survived by: her close friend Rod Wheeler of Frankfort; her children, Carl Nern of Frankfort, Frank Trgovac (Matt) of Indianapolis, David Nern (Kelsey Eames) of Texas and Rebecca Nern of Lafayette; her siblings, Janet Van Meter of Frankfort, Jerry Neidlinger (Cathie) of Frankfort and James Neidlinger (Rita) of Frankfort; her half-siblings, Judy Williams of Indianapolis and Jake Hughes of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Landon Nern, Charlotte Nern, Oliver Kurtz and Nova Boyd; and also, Janelle Boyd of Crawfordsville and Lance Wheeler of Kirklin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the Goodwin Funeral Home (200 S Main St, Frankfort, IN 46041). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
