He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Bushman and Electa Hazel Bushman (Tedrick); his wife Genevieve Bushman; and his sons, David A. and Brad Bushman.
He is survived by: his daughter Pam Misner (Frank) of Carbon; his sisters, Barbara Rich of Frankfort and Vi Chilcott of Washington; his close friend Pete; his grandchildren, Matthew Misner (Sarah), Jamie Romig (Nathan), Zach Bushman (Tiffany), Michael Bushman (Lauren) and Angi Symons; and his great grandchildren, Braden, Brodie, Ellie, Joslyn, Birdie and Honey.
Memorial donations may be made to American Heart Association or Guardian Angel Hospice.
