He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Miller Sr. and Theresa Marie Miller (Durbin); his siblings, Mitchell Miller Jr., Travis Lagston, Sharon Gale and Tina Seng; and his nephew Trevor Miller.
He is survived by: his former wife Rebecca L. Miller of Frankfort; his sister Patricia Rice of Shepherdsville, KY; his brother-in-law Mike Seng of Louisville, KY; and his stepson Jason Amich of Kirklin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
