It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Aaron Sanders (Frankfort, Indiana), who passed away on July 21, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Madeline; his daughters, Maria Higer (Bill) of Colfax and Amanda Davis (Aaron) of Hillisburg; his grandchildren, Kate Higer, Eryn Higer, Rhys Huffer, Blake Davis and Conner Davis; and his friend David Moore.

Doug donated his body to science in order to help find a cure for Alzheimer's.
