He is survived by: his children, Kathy Ann Coffman, David Mark Coffman, Jr. of Frankfort, Michael Anthony Coffman of Frankfort, Joseph Terry Coffman and Harold Wayne Coffman of Frankfort; and his grandchildren, Harold Wayne Coffman Jr., Shea Coffman Smith and Alexis Coffman. He is also survived by 3 Great-Grandchildren.
