He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold H. Leazenby and Velma Leazenby (Boaz); and his sister Donna K. Rodgers. He is survived by: his wife Janice A. Leazenby of Mulberry; his sons, Tobe H. Leazenby (Sara) of Delphi and Dennis Todd Leazenby (Madeena) of New Ross; his brother Terry Leazenby (Linda) of Frankfort; his grandchildren, Branton Leazenby (Danielle) of Lebanon, Victoria Leazenby of Indianapolis and Brayson Leazenby of Plymouth; and his great grandchildren, Lucy and Harper. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
