He is survived by: his spouse Sally C.; his children, Billy Fredericks, Scotty Carl Fredericks, Tammy Martin (Jon) of Frankfort and Cynthia Mosson (Mike) of Frankfort; his sister Alice Webb of Jellico, TN; and also Roller. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, and 4 Great Grandchildren.
