He was predeceased by: his parents, Reid Cook and Lola Cook (Bray); his wife Esther Ruth Fields; his brother Lawrence Cook; his nephew Mike Cook; his niece Darlene Combs; his great-nephew Mark Allen Budd; his great-niece Ruth Ann Gonzales; his son-in-law Robert J. Gonzales; and his grandson Nathan Thomas Gonzales.
He is survived by: his nieces, Diane Franks (Combs), Donna (Combs), Shoup (Michael), Debbie Combs and Delores Perkins (Combs); his great-niece Christina Goshern (Greg) of Lebanon, TN; his grandchildren, Angelita Burgei (Isaac), Michael Race Gonzales, Cody Budd (Molly), Santanna Hawkins, Jeremy Goshern (April) and Gregory Nicholas Goshern (Becca Long); his daughter-in-law Paula Budd; his cousin Marvin; and also Don Howell. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren.
