It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara McCullah of Frankfort, Indiana, who passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, may Barbara find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossie Kelso and Bernice Kelso (Higgins); and her husband William K. McCullah. She is survived by: her children, James Wright (Anna) of Indianapolis, Carl Wright (Neilie) of Middletown, OH, John McCullah of Indianapolis, Janet Franklin (Cleveland) of Indianapolis and Mary McCullah of Indianapolis; and her brother Art Kelso (Kay) of Indianapolis. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the West Ridge Cemetery (9295 W 21st St, Indianapolis, IN 46234). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the West Ridge Park-Indianapolis.
