She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Shannon and Bertha Shannon (Sturgis); her husband Roger C. Skinner; and her siblings, Richard Eugene Shannon and Velma Martin.
She is survived by: her sons, John R. Sullivan (Nancy) of Warsaw, IN, James R. Skinner (Joyce) of Frankfort, IN and Joseph R. Skinner (Ruth Ann Mitchell) of North Port, FL. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, along with many extended family and friends.
