He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur D. Waddell and Edna Fern Waddell (Horney); and his wife Sara Arpe. He is survived by: his children, Charles Waddell (Deana) of Las Vegas, NV and Donna; his siblings, William H. Waddell (Margaret) of Frankfort, Martha D. "Delores" Miller of Stockwell and Mary Lou Grover of Stockwell; and his grandchildren, Samira and Hudson Waddell.
