She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Johnson; and her siblings, David Johnson and Susan Carver. She is survived by: her son Scott Ayer of Washington, IN; her siblings, Carl Johnson, Barbara Cooper and Josephine Johnson; and her close friend Jackie Taylor. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
