He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Reed; his children, Debra Ellis (Tim), Rebecca Strange (Mike), Jack A. Reed Jr. and Ricky James Reed (Crystal); his grandchildren, Jennifer Walburn, Jamie Ellis, Jessica Ellis, Joshua Ellis, Gretchen Brown (Wayman), Alexis Reed, Sadie Reed, Tyler Reed (Sierra), Alex Reed and Brody Reed; his great grandchildren, Ashlee, Kaiden, Lilly, Natalie, Logan, Hadley, Lucy and Octavia; his brother Marvin Mac Reed (Nina); and his brother-in-law Allen Burdick.
