He was predeceased by: his father Max Cain; and his granddaughter Alyssa Roethemeier. He is survived by: his mother Betty Cain (Ice); his wife Debra Cain; his daughters, Emily Kamman (Chris) and Natalie Roethemeier (Ryan); his grandchildren, Gavin Roethemeier, Enrique, Antonio Triana and Reagan Reinbrecht; and his sister Candy Hunt (Larry).
