He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Conley and Grace Conley (Rowe); his wife Norma Banks; and his sisters, Margie Smith (Conley), Wilma Conley and Diane Steele (Conley).

He is survived by: his daughter Andrea Campbell (Randy) of Francesville; his grandsons, Josh Campbell, Jordan Campbell and Jared Campbell; his great grandchild Talon Ohanis; and his sister Linda Rowe (Oscar) of Ohio.
