He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Maynard and Rosalee Maynard (Bowles); and his wife Mildred Biteley. He is survived by: his daughters, Karol Teegardin of Fowlerton and Lorrie Lewis of Fowlerton; his siblings, Sue Madden of Hazard, KY, Louise Jenkins of Spring City, TN, Nancy Weaver of Crossville, TN, JoAnn Lewis of Crossville, TN, Junior Maynard of Phillipsburg Missouri, Paul Maynard of Crossville, TN and Sam Maynard of Crossville, TN; and his close friend Betty Stone of Crossville, TN.. He is also survived by four grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
