He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Spencer and Nette Spencer (Kinkade); his wife Iris M. Spencer; his daughters, Susan Bunch and Ruth Ann Spencer; and his brothers, Billy Spencer and Tommy Spencer.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela "Diane" Spencer of Fowlerton and Harold R. Spencer, II of Dallas, TX; his grandson Doug Harris of Houston; and his sisters, Ruth Alexander and Madrue Vermillion (Charles) of Marion.
