He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Lois Clark (Hughes); his wife Carol Clark; his brother Kenny Clark; and his grandson Colton Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Clark (Kim) and Adrienne Wise-Alexandria (Bryce); his grandchildren, Payton Clark, Ashley Clark, Gabrielle Wise, Molly Clark and Oliver Wise; and his brothers, Dan Clark (Shirley) of Alexandria, Jeff Clark of Alexandria and Joe Clark of Alexandria.
