He is survived by: his mother Glenna Carter (Collins); his daughters, Jamie Carter of Fowlerton, Jessica Tomlinson (Richard) of Sweetser and Jennifer Kemerer of Marion; his stepchildren, Keith Hayes of Marion and Venita Hayes of Marion; his brother Lee Carter of Fowlerton; and his grandchildren, Alexus Thomas, Courtney Riddle, Megan Havens, McKenzie Carter, Carly Dunaway, Niriya Carter, Tymyah Dennis, Charles Riddle, Jr. and Cameron Carter. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Grant Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel (1606 W 26th St, Marion, IN 46953). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
