He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Bass and Carrie Faye Bass (Clark); his son Tony Bass, Jr.; and his stepsister Charlyn Stewart. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bass of Fowler; his daughters, Jessie Stevens (Bass) of Fowler and Courtney Esquivia (Bass) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Avery, Levi Esquivia, Brayden Bass and Brinleigh Whiteman; his stepmother Linda Bass; and his sisters, Carrie Needler of Kokomo, Debra Johnson (Tony) of Russiaville and Kathryn Longacre of Camden.
