He is survived by: his wife Pam Kult (Villinski); his children, Marcie Maynard (Brody) and Jason Switzer (Trisha); his stepchildren, Jennifer Masterson and Tim Brown (Michelle); and his siblings, Nancy Phillips, Ruth Clark (Jim), Lois Emery, George Kult, Kenneth Kult and David Kult. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren, several Nieces & Nephews.
