He was predeceased by: his parents, Mills Tolen and Loral V. Tolen (Chastain); and his sister Connie Bowman. He is survived by: his siblings, Peggy Cooper (Richard) of Oxford and Patrick Tolen (Nina) of Fowler; and his nieces and nephews, Amanda Williams, Casandra Dalton, Matthew Cooper, Darren Bowman, Ryan Bowman, Barry Tolen, Rick Tolen, Chad Tolen and Heath Tolen.
Due to COVID-19, masks are required and social distancing will be practiced.
