He is survived by: his mother Rebecca Slavens; his brother Clayton Kenneth Slavens; his uncles, Boston "Butch" Pritchett (Linda), Kevin Pritchett (Tammy) and Ernest Pritchett; and his aunt Patsy Richter (Mark).
