It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth L. Dowell of Fowler, Indiana, born in Liberty, Kentucky, who passed away on September 24, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Ike" Dowell and Nellie W. Dowell (Baldock); and his pets, Homie, Hank, Sasha and Zack.
He is survived by: his wife Kara; his brothers, Ed Dowell (Melony) and Chip Dowell (Jackie); his children, Deanna Whitlow and Cory Dowell (Jami); and his close friend Bud Hill. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Nephews, 3 Nieces, 3 Great-Nephews & 3 Great-Nieces.
