He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvan V. Johnson and Kathryn Johnson (Curts); his stepfather Curt Shields; and his brother Kevin Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Kim Johnson (Gramelspacher); his children, Kenlynn Lanoue (Brian), Erin Johnson and Blaine Johnson (Ana); his grandchildren, Andrea Sinks, Jacob Johnson, Ethan Lanoue, Isaac Johnson, Brayden Lanoue and Jace Johnson; his great grandchild Amari Sinks; his sisters, Barbara Fielding (John), Janet Fields (Mike) and Diane Gretencord (Keith); his stepsiblings, Kathy Miller and Doug Shields (Joann); his uncle George Curts; and his sister-in-law Greta Johnson. He is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews & Cousins.
